CONTROL CABINET SUR-P
Control Cabinet SUR-P for ultrasonic control
of all AIRWIN ultrasonic humidifiers.
The AIRWIN SUR/P control cabinets are designed for control, operation and supervision of all AIRWIN ultrasonic humidification systems. Due to their manifold equipment variations they can be used for numerous humidification tasks. They are completely wired and therefore ready to be connected.
Connection is easy and does not require any particular installation.
Control cabinet with continuous control. Proportional control at the microprocessor controller BO-CT1. Due to highly integrated technology (SMD technology), mask programmable CPU, multi-layer technology etc.) the microprocessor continuous controller BO-CT1 has an extremely high functional variety and operational reliability. Control response with self-optimisation, the kind of control exit, detecting element and control range, kind and function of alarm contacts are user-programmable.
The SUR-P control cabinets are also available with power transformers for the AIRWIN humidifiers of the rating classes 500VA, 1000VA and 1600VA.
For special applications, we build control cabinets according to our customers' requirements and which are specially designed for the required application and the desired comfort.

DUCT HUMIDISTAT - MODEL: BO-80
The hygrostat type BO-80 is used as an on-off controller to
control the relative air humidity in air ducts of air conditioning
units and climatic cabinets, and to control air humidifiers
and dehumidifiers. Other areas of use are storage of foodstuffs
and luxury foods, cooling rooms for fruit and vegetables,
greenhouses for gardening use, the textile industry,
the paper and printing industry, film industry and hospitals.
The hygrostat BO-80 can be used almost anywhere that air
humidity has to be regulated or monitored.

ROOM HUMIDISTAT - MODEL: BO-120
The hygrostat type BO-120 is used as an on-off controller to
control the relative air humidity in climatic cabinets, to control
air humidifiers and dehumidifiers in offices and computer
rooms. Other areas of use are storage of foodstuffs and
luxury foods, cooling rooms for fruit and vegetables, greenhouses
for gardening use, the textile industry, the paper and
printing industry, the film industry and hospitals.
The hygrostat BO-120 can be used almost anywhere that air humidity
has to be regulated or monitored.

DUCT HUMIDITIY SENSOR - MODEL: BO-FK-80J
The expanding action (predominantly lengthways) of the fibres is picked up by means of an electronic sensing system and converted by integrated signal preprocessing into standardised
signals 0..20mA or 4..20mA or 0...10V.
The fan-shaped measuring element, which faces outward from the housing, is protected by a perforated sensor tube. The sensors are designed for pressureless systems. The unit should be installed in a location where condensation cannot enter into the housing.
A preferred position would be "sensor vertically down" or "sensor horizontal". In these positions,
a cover plate with a 0.8 mm diameter hole will prevent water from entering.
The TFK-80 range of sensors have built-in temperature sensors (mainly Pt100) for simultaneous measurement of temperature. Temperature readings are converted likewise into standardised signals
0..20mA or 4..20mA or 0..10V.

COMPACT MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLER - MODEL: BO-CT1
The compact microprocessor controllersType BO-CT1 with the bezel sizes 48mmx96mm resp. and with a plug-in con-troller chassis, are particularly suitable fortemperature-controlled apparatus, laboratory equipment, plastics machinery, mechanical equipment etc. The controllers incorporate two 4-digit 7-segment displays forprocess value (red) and setpoint (green). During programming the displays serve forcomments on the inputs. The controllers can be programmed as a single or double setpoint controller, modulatingor proportional controller with the usual controller structures. They also have two limitcomparators which can be assigned to theinput signals. There is a choice of eight diffe-rent limit comparator functions. A rampfunction with adjustable gradient, a startupramp for the hot-channel method, as well asself-optimisation are available as standard.
The compact microprocessor controller BO-CT1 is performed for direct connection to humidity sensor
BO-FK-80J and BO-FK-80J.
